The LC 2000 is preprogrammable, processes can be controlled according to time or core temperature and saved in 9 different programs which can be started directly or with time delay.
With the LC 2000 steaming processes may also be programmed in stages, followed by showering cycles.

Individual stages with reduction in heating capacity can be switched on. During running of the program the remaining time for the current process can be increased or reduced. Software allows the lower or upper temperature to be monitored and displayed.
With combined steaming and baking it is possible to control two different heating systems directly.
In the case of power failure, the current program data are memorized so that when the power comes back on, the device carries on with the program.
Furthermore there are control programs to detect sensor short circuit or breakage. Two - speed air-circulation motors are gently brought up via the software to the high speed in star delta operation.
