The LC 2000 is preprogrammable, accesses can be controlled time or core temperature with or without delta-T values and saved in 4 different programs which can be started directly or with time delay Programs can also be joined for greater flexibility. The Delta-T for steaming or residual cooking is freely programmable.

During running of the program actual or remaining times and set values for the temperatures and Delta-T values can be altered.

With combined steaming and baking units it is possible to control two different heating systems directly.

In the case of power cut, the current program data are memorized so that when the power comes back on, the device carries on with the program. Can also be connected to IMPULS data acquisition system (option).

Features:

• freely programmable delta steaming or delta residual cooking
• control of two different heating systems (e.g. electric heating and low pressure steam)

All programs are continually checked by a checksum test.
