With the microprocessor controller KC 2000 various processes for combined steaming and intensive cooling units, steaming units, baking units, intensive cooling units and air conditioning storage rooms can be preprogrammed.
It is possible to control these processes according to time, core temperature or to some extent F-value and to save them in 15 different programs, each with 9 program steps, which can be started directly or with a time delay.
The set values for operating and core temperature, room humidify and the necessary band widths in the air conditioning range are freely programmable.
For steaming processes there is a specially developed difference steaming program for optimizing the entire operation.
In the case of a power cut, the current program data are memorized so that when the power comes back on, the device carries on with the program.
Furthermore the sensors or operation, humidity and core Temperatures are monitored for breakage and short circuit. Pressure in the LP steam supply and state of the doors when showering are also controlled.
The standard software enables following process flows:
- Steaming
- baking with moisture removal
- cooling with water or a cooling aggregate
- steaming in stages
- baking in stages with moisture removal
- cooling in stages with freely programmable humidity cycle
- difference steaming with optimized heating capacity
- F-value control and monitoring
- C-value monitoring
- showering with and without cycle operation.
All programs are continually checked by a checksum test.
